These terms govern your use of EducationGuide.com, operated by Amerigo Health LLC (“we”). By using the site you agree to them.

Informational use only

EducationGuide provides general information and comparison tools to help you research colleges. It is not financial, legal, tax, or admissions advice, and it does not guarantee admission, aid, cost, or outcomes. Always confirm costs, aid, and deadlines directly with the schools and with official sources before making decisions.

Our data

Much of our data comes from U.S. Department of Education sources, including the College Scorecard and IPEDS, and reflects the years those sources cover. Data can be incomplete, out of date, or revised. EducationGuide is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Education or any school we show. Schools do not pay to appear or to be ranked.

Free service

EducationGuide is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features, we will describe them clearly before you buy anything.

Who can use the site

You must be at least 13 years old to use EducationGuide.

Acceptable use

• Don't misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or try to access it in unauthorized ways.
• Don't scrape or copy the site's content in bulk or by automated means without our written permission.
• Don't use the site for anything unlawful.

Our content

The site's design, text, analysis, and software belong to us or our licensors. Underlying federal data remains in the public domain.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any decision you make based on information from the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months or $100.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version, with its effective date, is always posted here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
