Privacy Policy

EducationGuide.com is operated by Amerigo Health LLC (“we”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. The short version: we collect as little as we can, we never sell or share your contact information, and we never call or text you for marketing.

What we collect

• Your email address, if you sign up, plus when you signed up, which page you signed up on, and whether you confirmed your email.
• Your report answers, if you build a college report: the student's first name, home ZIP code and state, family income range (optional), area of study or major, the schools you choose, test scores (optional), and campus preferences (optional), plus the email address we send the report link to.
• Basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) that our hosting provider processes to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

We do not currently use advertising pixels, analytics cookies, or cross-site tracking. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

How we use it

• To confirm your signup and email you about the launch of EducationGuide and the service you asked for.
• To build your report and email you its private link. Anyone you share that link with can see the report.
• Building a report does not sign you up for marketing email.
• To operate, secure, and improve the site.

We never call or text you, except to deliver something you requested or for account and billing matters. Every email other than a confirmation includes an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own use. We use a small number of service providers that process data only on our behalf:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, security, and our databases.
• Resend — delivery of the emails we send you.

We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We periodically remove signups that were never confirmed. We keep reports so your private link keeps working; you can ask us to delete a report, including any test scores and income range in it, at any time.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of our emails.
• Ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing privacy@educationguide.com.

Do Not Track

We do not track you across other websites, so browser Do Not Track signals do not change how the site works.

Children

EducationGuide is intended for people 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13; if we learn we have, we delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
